It is with a deep sadness that we inform you of Dr. Stephen Stepanchev’s passing on April 23rd, 2017.  He was 102 years old.

Dr. Stepanchev was our colleague here in the English Department, as well as having an accomplished career as a poet.  He will be missed by many, many people.
